Industry Captivating Product Development

Over the course of an ambitious multi-year development and deployment effort, our team successfully created a groundbreaking line of architectural coatings that redefined performance standards across the industry. The project culminated in 2022, when our innovation was honored by World of Concrete as the “Best Up-and-Coming Product”, earning global recognition for its advanced moisture resistance, superior adhesion, and long-term durability. Following its debut, the system was specified and installed across multiple U.S. and Japanese military facilities, institutional projects commissioned by the Archdiocese of the Catholic Church, and EPA Regional Offices for the East Coast Division in Baltimore, Maryland. This achievement represented not just a product launch, but the realization of a vision—delivering a world-class coating solution engineered for resilience, precision, and performance in the most demanding environments.

Under DFS direction, new logistics and coordination systems were engineered to manage over 250,000 freight pieces from 12 countries, aligned with FLYSFO, 40 brands, and multiple general contractors—ensuring flawless compliance, precision scheduling, and seamless execution across more than 1.7 miles  of walking distance from point to point that was traveled several times in every day.
