Paul Yaka is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of KT Kokuto and the InduraGroup Companies, organizations built upon nearly fifty years of his diverse professional experience and education in physics, mathematics, economics, accounting, and finance. Mr. Yaka’s leadership philosophy centers on solving complex, industry-defining problems through innovation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness — the foundation of every venture under the InduraGroup banner.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Yaka has held executive and advisory positions across multiple global sectors. His professional journey includes serving as Auditor for KPMG, overseeing clients such as Maruchan, Continental Airlines, and Citizen Watch; CFO of Fisher Audio, where he helped increase sales from $25 million to $100 million within three years; and Principal of Paul Yaka & Associates, providing international business consultation and tax planning to major Japanese corporations including MDI Miyama Real Estate, Asics, and JTB Japan Travel Bureau.
He later held senior roles at Teroson Corporation, Takenaka Partners, and Somay-Q Technology Corporation, where his product innovations drove over 500% revenue growth within a decade. As CEO of AYP Nano Solutions Inc. and now CTO of KT Kokuto, Mr. Yaka continues to lead groundbreaking research and product development across coatings, materials science, and industrial technology sectors.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California, Mr. Yaka holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Finance from San Jose State University, and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics and Physics from Monterey Peninsula College, both with honors. Fluent in Japanese and guided by a lifelong passion for discovery, Mr. Yaka remains dedicated to advancing innovation through disciplined science and practical business insight.
