Outside of work, Jackson Ferraro enjoys drawing, hiking, and exploring new local cafés, often finding creative inspiration in her surroundings. Known for her upbeat attitude and meticulous attention to detail, she brings the same focus and positivity to her personal and professional life. Jackson is actively involved in her community, volunteering at youth programs and local events, where her leadership and warmth naturally stand out. With strong skills in logistics coordination, client relations, and documentation systems, she continues to build on her foundation of excellence—supported by a 75-hour on-the-job training certification and completion of a CTE program. A lover of Italian cuisine and vintage cars, Jackson lives by the motto “Progress, not perfection” and enjoys traveling to mountain towns across California. Looking ahead, she aspires to expand her leadership role in corporate management, continuing to grow and inspire others through her work.

Jackson Ferraro

Jackson Ferraro is a dynamic and detail-oriented Governance Officer at KT Kokuto Inc., where she oversees client relations, administrative coordination, and operational logistics across multiple U.S. regions. Known for her precision and warm professionalism, Jackson manages client onboarding, document organization, and scheduling for national freight operations while maintaining efficient inventory systems and facility operations.

A strong communicator with a natural sense for teamwork and leadership, Jackson brings a forward-thinking approach to every task. She began her professional journey in hospitality and event coordination, developing her interpersonal and organizational skills through roles in catering and service management.

Currently enrolled in Career Technical Education and the Placentia Western Association Access Independent Study Program, Jackson continues to advance her education while contributing meaningfully to her organization’s success. Her guiding principle—“Life is understood backwards, but must be lived forwards”—reflects her balance of reflection and drive for progress.
